Do you currently exercise and/or participate in a sport or other fitness endeavor and need advanced instruction to increase your fitness level and reach your goals? If yes, this class may be for you. The instructor, AJ Krey, among several certifications is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer and can help you reach your fitness goals through enhancing your program design, advanced concepts, exercise instruction, and research backed strategies and tips.

About the Instructor

Mr. Andrew Krey has been the CTE Health Sciences Instructor with Michigan Great Lakes Virtual Academy for the last 4 years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Special Populations Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
In his free time, Mr. Krey stays active with his wife and three young daughters and golden retriever and enjoys playing and reffing ice hockey, biking, running, weight lifting, home improvement projects, watching Marvel and Star Wars, and boating on their pontoon.
