This 10-week mini program will introduce the basics of the Solid Modeling form of engineering drawing using Autodesk Tinkercad. Students will use blocks to add code, build simple circuits, and create other fun 3-D drawings. At the end of the program, students will apply what they have learned to create their own drawing in Tinkercad as a final project. There will be a class set up in Tinkercad for students to access, create, and upload assignments. This is a fully hands-on course that will meet weekly with the instructor.

About the Instructor
I have my MS in Industrial Technology and have been teaching technology classes in WYVA for 13 years. I have taken Computer Science and UW Engineering Spring and Summer programs working with coding in a variety of programs, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi. I am currently teaching an Engineering Career Pathway and am a certified CTE teacher. Each year of teaching technology my interest has also grown, and continues to grow along with my students. I love sharing the interest with my students, and helping them explore new venues in technology as they continue to open.
