Is working out your passion? Or are you new to working out and don’t know where to start? Our 6-week Fit4Life Enrichment Program can help you build a solid foundation of movement, fitness, health, and wellness.

Students will have access to a library of on-demand content and lessons from PLT4M, the leader in educational fitness for students in grades 6th-12th. All you need is an exercise area and a working computer or laptop! So, what are you waiting for?!

About the Instructor

Mr. Krey has been the CTE Health Sciences Instructor with Michigan Great Lakes Virtual Academy for the last 4 years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Special Populations Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
